Built with Love got called in to update a 90s kitchen with a strange shaped island into something modern and functional. We were able to use the wall cabinet boxes and freshen them up with new doors, hardware, and paint. We custom built a large pantry to help store the many cooking supplies gathered through the years.
The new island is the focal point with a large marble countertop, blue paint, sleek light fixtures, and a massive sink. The island also houses the dishwasher and microwave, neatly out of view.
The rest of the house also go upgrades too! The staircase and living room received new flooring, paint, and fixtures. The stairs got extra love by upgrading away from carpet to luxury vinyl planks. Be sure to check out their own portfolio page here: Robyn’s Living Space Remodel.
One key step we take at Built with Love is using 3D modeling software to show our clients exactly what they’re getting. With multiple design meetings, these models allow us to accurately visualize the plan, change and alter as necessary, then pass onto our field crews to execute! You’ll see our original plans below.
