Built with Love was already at the house remodeling the kitchen, see Robyn’s Kitchen Remodel, and they wanted to give the living space a makeover while we were at it! That’s a great strategy for anyone looking to do remodeling, is to do multiple spaces at once so the house is only messy once rather than several times.
The living room and foyer got fresh paint for the walls and trim, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. There was a new fan installed, the fireplace was upgraded, and there was a hole above the fireplace for those old TV’s that was patched to give wall space for hanging the larger TV.
The stairs got the biggest love with an upgrade from carpet to luxury vinyl stairs! The stairs getting that upgrade really brings the entire living space to modern times.
